Do you sell to individual buyers (B2C) or only businesses (B2B)?

What delivery methods do you offer across Pakistan?

We ship via reliable courier services for standard parcels, and cargo/goods transport services for large bulk rolls and wholesale deliveries.
How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within Karachi typically take 1–2 business days. Deliveries to other major cities across Pakistan usually take 3–5 business days, depending on order size and shipping method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible retail orders, as well as direct Bank Transfers (IBFT) for bulk/wholesale orders.
What is your return/exchange policy?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect material cut, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Cut or altered fabrics are non-refundable unless verified as a manufacturing defect.
