At Al Mustafa Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Requests after 7 days will not be accepted
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for return/exchange:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized products
- Clearance / sale items (if mentioned)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange replacement or refund after verification
5. Return Shipping Cost
- Customer bears return shipping cost in normal return cases
- If the product is damaged or wrong, Al Mustafa Traders will cover return shipping
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If replacement is not available, refund will be issued
